I’m Sue Donnellan, a wife, mom of four (including triplets!), entrepreneur, author, parenting strategist… and a reformed yeller.
My parenting journey wasn’t picture-perfect… it was real. Through trial, error, and transformation, I learned how to lead with calm, connection, and consistency. Now I help other parents do the same. Over the past two decades, I’ve coached hundreds of overwhelmed parents around the world to stop yelling, gain respect, and raise confident, capable kids they genuinely enjoy being around.
I’m the author of Secrets to Parenting Without Giving a F^ck and creator of the Fight Free Parenting™ course. I also host the Ask Mom Parenting Podcast, where I share honest conversations and practical strategies to help parents navigate tantrums, sibling fights, backtalk, screen battles, and everything in between… without yelling, threats, or power struggles.
