What Parents Are Saying
WHAT ARE THE ASK MOM PARENTING WORKSHOPS?
What Happens in Each Session
Practical, No-Fluff Parenting Support
Each month focuses on one specific challenge parents face: calming meltdowns, establishing boundaries without guilt, handling backtalk, ending bedtime battles, or getting cooperation without threats.
No theory. No trends. Just what actually works with real kids when you’re already running on empty.

Live Q&A – Your Questions Answered
This is your safe space to ask the questions you’d never post online:
- “How do I stop losing it when my kid ignores me?”
- “What do I do when my partner undermines my rules?”
- “Is it normal that I don’t like my child right now?”
Sue answers directly, without judgment or sugar-coating.
One Strategy You Can Use Tonight
You’ll leave each session with one clear, actionable strategy you can implement immediately. Not a complete parenting overhaul. Just one thing that will make tomorrow easier than today.

Is This For You?
You’ll love the Ask Mom Parenting Workshops if:
You’re exhausted by daily power struggles over homework, screens, chores, and bedtime
You hate how much you yell and lie awake replaying the day’s worst moments in your head
You’ve tried gentle parenting advice and felt like a failure because it didn’t work with your strong-willed kid
You want clear, enforceable boundaries that don’t require you to be “perfect” to work
You’re tired of conflicting parenting advice and need someone to just tell you what actually works
You want practical answers, not vague platitudes
This isn’t for you if:
You prefer theoretical frameworks over practical, in-the-moment tools
Hi, I’m Sue
A mom of four (yes, including triplets) and parenting strategist who’s spent over 25 years in the trenches with real kids in real chaos.
I don’t do trends. I don’t shame parents. And I definitely don’t believe you need to be calm and gentle 100% of the time to raise good humans.
What I do:
- Help overwhelmed parents stop yelling and start parenting with repeatable tools that really work
- Teach a practical, psychology-backed framework supported by strategies that work with toddlers, tweens, and teens
- Focus on changing the parents’ responses, not fixing the child – because that’s where real transformation happens
Through my Ask Mom Podcast, online courses, and coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of parents move from guilt-driven chaos to grounded leadership.
My approach is the middle ground between harsh authoritarian parenting and permissive, child-led chaos. It’s firm, loving, practical, and real.
